Coming Home to Yourself
Learning to rest within yourself, getting comfortable with discomfort and learning to listen to the wisdom within your body, mind and heart are essential skills for healing. Combining breathing techniques with visualization is a gateway to coming home to yourself, learning meditation (the observation and quieting of the mental chatter) and discovering what both nourishes you and depletes you.
At 11 years old I learned to meditate, to come home to myself and cultivate this inner safe space. Studying meditation practices from around the world has deepened my love and devotion to this free and accessible healing practice.
